General Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness for all our guests.
Flexible Rate Bookings
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a charge equal to one night’s stay, including taxes and fees.
- No-shows will be charged for the full first night’s stay.
Non-Refundable Rate Bookings
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified.
- Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
- No refund will be issued in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.
Group Bookings & Events
- Cancellation terms for group bookings (10+ rooms) and private events may vary.
- Please refer to your group agreement or contact our Events Team directly for details.
