4. Payment and Billing

• Full payment required at check-in

5. Cancellation Policy

• 48-hour notice required for standard reservations
• 72-hour notice required for suite reservations

• No-shows charged full reservation amount

6. Property Rules and Conduct

• No smoking in non-designated areas
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Proper attire required in all public areas
• No unauthorized solicitation

7. Liability and Insurance

• Vehicle damage or theft in parking areas
